With the intention of creating an organic flow of cultural exchange inspired by Kropotkin’s mutual aid, Atelier A Fábrica proposes a cycle of talks, together with a poetry gathering and a book exchange fair, supported by Sesla and by Master’s and PhD students from the University of Coimbra. The cycle of talks begins in open circles, inviting participants to share memories connected to the books and texts they have brought. These circles flow naturally into the poetry gathering itself, with poets and musicians emerging spontaneously to recite verses on solidarity and collective biomes, intertwining voices in harmony, without hierarchies. The public is also invited to move through the book exchange fair, holding personal editions, giving them freely and receiving according to their intellectual curiosities.

This symbiotic cycle — talk, poetry gathering, fair — gives form to a Kropotkinian libertarian ecology, transforming the space into an ephemeral commune of knowledge: from spoken words emerge collective performances that nourish the free exchange of books and the creation of shared narratives, preserving cultural memories in the act of giving and receiving, and fostering an integral education in which each contribution enriches a mutual ground of reflection.
