Jonathas de Andrade shares with the audience his creative process as a way of inhabiting the world.

Born in Maceió (1982), Jonathas de Andrade lives and works in Recife. With a background in visual arts, he develops a practice that crosses video, photography, performance, and installation. His work circulates through the largest museums and biennials in the world (MoMA, Tate, São Paulo Biennial) and always maintains its roots in the Brazilian Northeast as an affective and political raw material.
