The organisers of Anozero – Bienal de Coimbra are pleased to invite you to the closing weekend of Anozero’26 – To hold, to give, to receive, curated by Hans Ibelings, John Zeppetelli, with Daniel Madeira as assistant curator. The programme takes place on 4 and 5 july, across several venues in the city.

On this day, the exhibition venue at the Monastery will remain exceptionally open until 10:00 p.m.

To mark the closing of Anozero’26, we invite you and your companions to join us for a déjeuner sur l’herbe: a community picnic in the gardens of the Monastery of Santa Clara-a-Nova. Bring a blanket, along with food and drinks to enjoy and share.

The concert takes place in the space where From Ruin, a work created in collaboration between Rui Chafes and Candura, is installed. Bringing together sculpture, sound and architecture, the performance extends the atmosphere of the installation, leading the audience through an experience of intensity, contemplation and introspection.
Admission is free and the concert will last approximately one hour. Due to the limited capacity of the venue, advance reservation is required here
